12But we ask you, brothers and sisters, to recognize those who are toiling exhaustingly among you and taking the lead over you in the Lord and admonishing you, [5:13] and to esteem them very highly in love on account of their work. Be at peace among yourselves. [5:14] And we urge you, brothers and sisters: admonish the disorderly, encourage the fainthearted, hold to the weak, be patient toward all. [5:15] See that no one repays evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue the good — both for one another and for all. [5:16] Rejoice always. [5:17] Pray without ceasing. [5:18] Give thanks in all circumstances — for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. [5:19] Do not quench the Spirit. [5:20] Do not despise prophecies. [5:21] But test all things; hold fast to what is good. [5:22] Abstain from every form of evil.
