Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you is not troublesome to me, and is a safeguard for you.
Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision.
For we are the circumcision, who worship in the Spirit of God and boast in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in the flesh —
though I myself could have confidence in the flesh. If anyone else thinks he has grounds for confidence in the flesh, I more:
circumcised on the eighth day, of the nation of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews — according to the law, a Pharisee;
according to zeal, persecuting the assembly; according to righteousness in the law, found blameless.
But whatever things were gain to me, these I have counted as loss on account of Christ.
Indeed, I even count all things as loss on account of the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord — on account of whom I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as refuse — so that I may gain Christ
and be found in him, not having my own righteousness from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ — the righteousness from God upon faith —
to know him and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of his sufferings, being conformed to his death,
if somehow I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.
